If you agree to participate in this study, it will involve answering some questions about your sexual practices. I know that this is a sensitive subject for some people, so before we begin, I want to make it clear I will keep this chat confidential and the transcript of this chat will be kept in a locked folder on my computer. I will not provide the information from this chat to any other individuals under any circumstances, and the data will be destroyed after one year. However, I can only promise confidentiality on my part. Communications on the Internet are always vulnerable to hackers. You are free to not answer any question or withdraw at any time.
